Let’s get one thing clear: Lazerdisk Party Sex brings the heat. Their name’s a little awkward, and the whole masked-DJ thing might throw you off a little, but their music is undeniably potent. Originally from Vermont, these two current Miami residents have been cranking out high-quality moombahton and electro since they first joined forces back in Spring ’10. Championed by the likes of Diplo and J-Trick, the two are currently working on their debut album and touring the US for gigs. Their stop at Vain for [fuk'd] tomorrow night (FACEBOOK EVENT PAGE BELOW) signifies the first return of moombahton to a Smile For Camera -event mainstage since the wildly successful/infamous Dillon Francis Takeovr #100 party back in August. If this show captures even a fraction of that energy, I’d be ready for a sweaty, sexy mess on the dancefloor. Of course Joey Paranoia, Nicademass, Dr. Khan, and Ma-LESS will be repping too, which means this Friday is shaping up to be a big night of that boompity-boomp!
